Each year, the Courage for Life Foundation awards scholarships to Beaver County high school seniors. The deadline for applications every year is Valentine’s Day, February 14th.

This scholarship is in the amount of $2,500 for a single academic year. One scholarship will be awarded to each of two high school seniors (one male, one female) who reside in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, and who are determined by the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee to be most deserving of the award.

The Courage for Life Foundation officially began awarding Heart of a Champion Scholarships in 2012. Previous winners include:
