It was an early spring day in 2008 when John and I were heading to lunch at one of our favorite restaurants. I was telling John how much he not only inspired me, but everyone I talked to about him. I told him he has a special message and it needs to be spread to help others. I then proposed that he and I start a foundation in his name. John was extremely excited about this idea, and we started discussing ideas about how to formulate the foundation. From that day we made plans for the foundation while we were at lunch or merely driving somewhere in the car. We had many ideas and thoughts about what to do, but one thing we knew for sure is that we wanted to do this together. We both selected leaders to formulate the foundation board and the first meeting was in May 2008.
John had a special message that he wanted to share with all. It is “Live Life to Its Fullest!” Through this foundation the message will be heard.
